1. Who can use Allen Girls Adventures

Accounts are created and managed by adults — parents, guardians, or educators. Children use the platform under an account an adult controls. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 and have authority to consent for any child you add.

2. Family subscriptions

[REVIEW — confirm plan structure when Stripe launches] Family plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your parent account; access continues through the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice before your next renewal.

3. School and district licensing

[REVIEW — activate when licensing launches] Per-seat licenses for schools and districts are governed by a separate order form or license agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms. Contact allengirlsadventures@gmail.com for pilots and pricing.

4. Refunds

[REVIEW — set your actual policy. Suggested consumer-friendly default:] If you're not happy in your first 14 days of a new subscription, email us and we'll refund your first payment. After that, cancellation stops future billing but past payments are not refunded except where required by law.

5. Rewards, stars, and the store

Stars and in-platform rewards are earned through learning activity, have no cash value, and can't be transferred or sold. Any real-money purchase can only be made from a parent or guardian account.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no attempting to access other accounts, scraping, reverse-engineering, uploading harmful content, or using the service in a way that could harm children. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Our content

The characters, stories, worlds, artwork, games, and curriculum on this platform belong to Allen Girls Adventures. Your subscription grants a personal (or, for schools, licensed) right to use them within the platform — not to copy, redistribute, or create derivative works.

8. Disclaimers and liability

[REVIEW — counsel should confirm limitation-of-liability language appropriate to your state.] The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
